Tickets include entry into the hall and vouchers unless otherwise stated. Children age 3 and under go free, but require a ticket (no vouchers included) to enter - you can book these online with the rest of your tickets. After booking, you can access your tickets by downloading the See Tickets Digital Wallet App.

All visitors, including children under 3 and essential companions, require vouchers to go on the rides and play stalls - if there are no vouchers included in your tickets, you can purchase these separately or share tickets amongst your visiting party.

Please note you can arrive at any time during your booked session - the time on your ticket is the opening time, but you can arrive later if you wish.

ADVANCE BOOKING

Advance booking is strongly advised, and all tickets are booked for a specific day and are non-refundable - but if you book through the Carnival website, you can log into your order at www.seetickets.com/customerservice to swap the date of your visit if you need to. To make booking in advance better value for you, we've scrapped all booking fees.

ON THE DAY

Tickets purchased on the day of your visit (online or on the door) will be more expensive, so book before midnight the day before your visit to save. Tickets will be available on the door, subject to availability, however it is expected that some days will sell out, so please book online if possible. 

VOUCHERS

• One voucher per ride.
• One vouchers per stall except Hook-a-Duck which takes two as its a prize every time (please note some stalls only accept cash)
• Three vouchers for inflatable play (per child, up to the age of 12. Maximum height 1.5m)
• Each dodgem car has 2 seats, so if you wish to ride alone this  will require 2 vouchers.
